Thomas McPhillips is a Licensed Real Estate Salesperson with a proven track record in sales and marketing across several industries, including advertising, publishing - at Coastal Living Magazine- and home renovation.   A lifelong Westchester resident, Thomas attended Scarsdale schools and graduated from Iona College with a Marketing degree.

Thomas has a deep appreciation for the architectural beauty and vibrant lifestyle that Westchester offers.  He is passionate about the diverse architecture, from classic early 20^th century to modern design, that provides residents with a wide array of choice that best suits their personal tastes.  Thomas is known for his upbeat energy, attention to detail and integrity with people to drive strong results.  

Thomas resides in Scarsdale with his wife and two college aged sons, who also attended Scarsdale schools.  He has enjoyed coaching youth sports for years, including Scarsdale Little League, Rec Basketball and IHM CYO Basketball.  An avid music collector, Thomas plays guitar in his spare time and has deep knowledge of music trivia across many genres.
